Shipping policy

Orders only available for domestic delivery with Australia.

Orders will be sent via Sendle or Australia Post depending on the size of your item/s.

Orders will be shipped via the method selected, to the address entered at checkout.

Orders will be posted within 2-4 days of order being placed. Orders sent on Mondays and Fridays excluding public holidays and weekends.

**International Orders: via direct consultation and quote from Director. A shipping profile will be added to your product. Please note customers may be liable for import taxes when parcel enters your country. Payments to Lauren Charlton Art cover packaging, international postage (Express 3-6 business days from posting), tracking and insurance. Missing or damaged goods will be awarded a refund due to the custom nature of original artworks, works cannot be reproduced.

Every effort is made to package your order carefully to prevent damage. If your item has been damaged during transit, please see take a photo of the items packaging and the damage to the item and email within 7 days of receiving order.
